This coffee delights the senses with the taste of ripe, chocolate-toned fruit without a hint of sharpness or acidity. Moderate aging further rounds its flavor while developing body that is deep, creamy and full.

We roast our beans at a level comparable to a FULL-CITY or AMERICAN. This allows each variety of bean a medium roast with the option of a lighter or darker roast. We commonly get requests for an extra light roast or an extra dark roast. We are happy to accomodate individual preferences just make a note at checkout on the Roast style you would like.
